Enabling a Just Transition
A multi-stakeholder approach to identifying and mitigating hidden risks of the global energy transition in key mining supply chains.
The global energy transition drastically changes the ‘landscape’ of sourcing countries. It is causing new, often hidden, due diligence risks that can’t be identified with traditional measures.
That's why members of the Dutch International Responsible Business Conduct Agreement for the metals sector, together with experts from Europe and Latin America will explore transition scenarios and their impact on workers and communities.
They will share perspectives, experiences, best practices, and lessons learned on how to identify and mitigate the risks in the metals value chains through different methodologies and tools, whilst aligning all stakeholder views.
